Picture option #1

1. click on Format
drop down and click on Background move right to select picture then click
Select your picture with the "browse" Button then click OK (wallpaper type picture)

Picture option #2

1a. Insure that your cursor is in the message part of your new email window. Now click on insert, drop down to picture and click.   Select your picture with the "browse" Button then click OK, A Single photo is placed. If photo is too large click one time on the picture, Find a corner and click and hold left mouse button on the square box and move the mouse to reduce the size of the photo. (add as many photo's as you want.)

Background Color

2. click on Format
drop down and click on Background - move right to select a color then click

Sound

3. click on Format
drop down and click on Sound,   Select your sound with the "browse" Button then click OK

NOTE

There are several type of Music files .mid .wav .ra I normal use .mid for websites and email as .wav are very large and take a long time to transmit or receive. .mid are only music and .wav are a audio such as your voice or CD /tape vocal.

I store sound files (Midi) in a folder called MUSIC located in MY DOCUMENTS

   [C:/MY DOCUMENTS/MUSIC] 

IF you have windows 95/98/Me You can find some MIDI   (I.E. Bach.mid) at [C:/WINDOWS/MEDIA/]
